Shipping

*with the exceptions of stickers, currently all shipping is US only*

Once an order has been recieved, all items will be dropped off for shipment within 5 buisness days. Once a package has been recieved by the postal carrier, Naturalist Glassworks is no longer responsible for any shipping delays. 

Returns

Currently, returns are not accepted. 

However, if your item arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours using the Contact form. Please include your order number and a description of the damage. You may be asked to submit a photo at a later date.
